First of all thank you for your patience and ability to deal with lots of "ifs and buts" and yet providing us with an excellent overall package in Italy and Greece.
The ticketing you did was excellent and the flights were great. The tours you organised in the above two places were beyond our expectations in terms of experience, food and the tour guides. Very comfortable yet enjoyable especially with a 2 and half year old along.
The reason we really want to thank you is for your time, efforts and guidance in choosing the apartments in each of the places we visited and also your help for Eurail passess and ferry tickets. All these activities were non income producing for you but yet you went out of your way to get us the best deals.
The apartments suggested by you were not only fantastic but were centrally located close to amenities and transportation. We are extremely happy and satisfied to have you as our travel agent and will definitely recommend your services to one and all. Keep up the great work.

My apologies for the late feedback regarding our trip away as I have been so busy with work , family and my kids so now finally I can gather my thoughts and spend some time to say how much both Les and I appreciated the travel package that you designed for us with the brief and the money limit we discussed.
You are very welcoming to discuss our plans and made the changes only to enhance our travel and you delivered with your knowledge and your professionalism and that made it so much easier for us so thank you for that.
We could not fault Malaysian Airlines at all and would definitely use them again as the service and food was great and to a high standard. All of our Transfers whether to Hotel or Airport and even to our day trip to Phi Phi Island were fantastic although some of them pretty erratic drivers but we found they were the best drives and a good laugh.
The Old Phuket was great and had such friendly staff and we loved the breakfast each day that was included in our room rate. Even through it was a 15min Tuk Tuk ride at 400 Baht to Bangla Walking Street that wasn't too bad. Phi Phi Island was a big day and most of the time you are unboarding and boarding boats and its quite a journey if it is rough so we thought probably wouldn't do that again as we are so spoilt in NZ or beaches don't compare although the lunch was really nice.
The Baan Samui Resort in Koh Samui was an amazing place to stay and we thought very central for its location and at a very good price rate. Our room was really nice and the staff even better and could not fault them along with the awesome breakfast (included) even better than The Old Phuket and we thought that was awesome. Would not hesitate staying at this resort again. Booking the day tours was a breeze as well because that was in the Resort lobby and they just pick you up right outside. We did the Elephant ride trip 3hrs for 700 Baht and the 4hr Island day trip for 400 Baht and it was so well worth it.
We had a great flight back to NZ and only 9hrs 40mins instead of 11hrs 40mins up to Kuala Lumpur so coming home was not so exhausting although the Temperature was only 13 degrees and not the 40 degrees in Thailand.
All n all on behalf of Les and myself ( Martin ) we would really like commend and thank you for what you have done for us Huzefa, as it was so much appreciated and we hope other clients of yours will get the satisfaction and the piece of mind like we did and that they can go away with everything sorted and we appreciate that and will definitely spread the good experience we had with you as our travel broker as you are certainly an asset to the travel industry. I do have some of your business cards so will pass them on to people wanting to have a holiday etc.
